Hi. I understood that annual renewal was set up on my credit card but you have emailed me to say that my Geni Pro is about to expire.

Geni is pretty great about resolving these issues quickly.

Peter George Watson I think all that is, is a reminder notification to provide you with the opportunity to make preference changes prior to the auto-payment.

Examples: choose a different card; or change your mind about subscribing.

I got a similar notification, which gave me 30 days to consider the offer.

I feel very deeply that Geni aught to offer a monthly subscription.
