Henry (William) Dedman - Why is the name "Henry" added on to William's name here?

I have looked through the sources, and it appears that, apart from noting that he was incorrectly identified as "Henry," there appears to be no support that the name "Henry" was part of his name. Are there any primary sources to support the addition of "Henry" here?
