I found some interesting information in chancery records it has A Fanny Chapman and William Chapman I also see a Ofelia Chapman listed which is associated with them. This some Slave Will transfer looks like. I been debating for years the brother William O Chapman owning slaves Jacob C Chapman jr is listed in were Were related with Slaves. Could William O Chapman also owned slaves???? I debating this record cause Isle Wright mentioned. Not sure if I got right family. If it not our family record who is it???? I was curious.
