What sources exist for Ann Jamison and what sources exist for her having married / had a relationship with Dame Mary Jamison

There are no marriage records for an Ann / Anne PINKERTON in NSW between 1800 and 1874
There are no death records for an Ann / Anne PINKERTON or Ann / Anne JAMISON in NSW in 1874

John's wife Dame Mary Jamison was born in 1800 and died in 1874 so the dates appear to belong to her.

correct link to husband Sir John Jamison

Suffice to say that Sir John had "several mistresses and illegitimate children" and there is no proof of any marriages other than with Mary. I received my information from a match and from Family Search - Ann Pinkerton could have been a housekeeper like the others. William Jamison, the son from this relationship, was not acknowledged and there are no birth details for him. The dates for Ann are strange too, although she died in Hunter's Hill in 1874. Could be a coincidence?
Someone must know something because she is on the Family Search family tree.

Internet trees including Family Search can be either absolutely amazing or completely incorrect - it comes down to whether they contain sources or not.

What sources does the Family Search tree contain?

Is it this family search tree https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/person/details/LHLS-ZKQ

It contains no sources.

The son "William" was William JAMIESON 1816-1863 who married Mary Annetta DOWER

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Jamieson-2600 says that the William JAMIESON who married Mary Annetta DOWER was born in England - and he with his mother Ann JAMIESON arrived in the colony on "Belinda" in 1824 - and his father John was already in the colony.

Here is the profile for William JAMIESON who married Mary Annetta Jamieson
